Slow Food USA

We are members of Slow food USA. The Slow Food movement seeks to bring the idea of shopping for you produce then bringing it home, cooking it and having a "sit down at the table" meal. Slow Food is a worldwide organization originating in Italy. Slow Food has an idea called the "Ark of Taste". They have members who scout around the world to find the best tasting, artisan made foods and the richest flavored heirloom produce. These foods are put on the Ark of Taste. We seek to grow as much of this produce as possible.
